The meeting was called to order by President Bill Dunlevy at 7:00 after our monthly potluck.  24 attended 6 were new.

Minutes were read by Sandi Garcia. Tres. Report was read and both approved.

Old Business – Chicken Outing.  16 attended.  It was hot dry and smoky.  Members got good gold when the water came up.  Those at the troughs did well.  Roger did well in the drawings.  They served a roasted pig at the potluck.  We helped set up again this year.  The club picnic went well.

Crow Creek – The Memorial Day outing was cancelled but the Wounded Warrior event did happen.  Crow Creek gave free entry.  They had a good time but got little gold.

Jim Troxell chaired the 4th at Hatcher Pass again this year.  The panning instruction went well.  Lots of people came.  The volunteers got a tour of the area.

New Business – Linda Henderson asked if we plan to have a Gold Show next summer.  Nate has offered Crow Creek Mine as a site.  No action taken.

Sandi Garcia asked about the Fair Mining Day.  We have had no request.  Mining Day is Aug. 31st.  That is the Labor Day weekend outing at Crow Creek.

Announcements – Brian Webber showed his Chicken gold.  Valerie showed a picture and vial of the rich pan she found.

La Rae and Gene are going to Nome in August on their Anniversary.
