The meeting was called to order by Pres. Tom Ireland at 7:00.  40 attended 5 are new.

Minutes and Tres. Report were read and approved.

Old Business – Chicken Outing.  Bill Dunlevy described the 4th of July picnic and our contribution to it and the 40 Mile Miner’s Assoc.  Mike Busby has said there would be mining opportunities but has not stated the plans yet.  Members need to sign up and make their reservations with Mike.

Cache Creek – David Gillespie gave us maps showing the lots available and said they came with creek frontage for mining.

New Business - For claim owners – Mining licenses are due April 30th.  They are free but owners must have filed tax papers with the State.  This is required even if no gold was sold.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:45.

Mike Heatwol from the Pebble Partnership gave a presentation and distributed information about the need for copper.  Mine site plans are progressing and drilling will continue this summer.  They are planning the power needs and the road to saltwater.
